Future takes flight in new “Rocket Ship” video

ABC/Randy HolmesOn the heels of the release of his seventh studio album, The WIZRD, Future has unleashed a new video for one of the LP’s standout tracks, “Rocket Ship.”
The Uncle Leff-directed clip finds the Atlanta lyricist hazily reflecting on his past life as a recreational drug abuser, as he stalks back and forth in an enclosed shipping container. Throughout the video, Future is also joined by his masked crew on dirt bikes.
The barely two-minute cut follows his previously released luxe visuals for “Crushed Up” and “Jumpin on a Jet.”
In other Future-related news, the Freebandz ringleader’s latest effort is projected to sell 120,000 to 130,000 units in its first week.
