Yoooooo Travis Scott is literally as his song suggest the “Highest in the Room”, not only is La Flame killing the music game, killing the cereal game, killing the tour/festival game, he is now following the likes of Kanye West, Pharrell, etc. and killing it in the world of fashion. There arguably isn’t a bigger draw in sneakers right now than Cactus Jack.

Although La Flame has been around awhile, the rapper experienced a meteoric rise in mainstream popularity over the past year, thanks in large part to his massively successful third studio album, Astroworld. He started off 2019 with backlash of performing at the Super Bowl halftime show, had his relationship with the famous Kylie Jenner in news left and right, released a Netflix documentary “Look Mom I can Fly”, Astroworld Tour merch has been selling out, he has been in countless of features of charting hits, but the #1 thing he has been known for all of 2019 is his sneakers.

Despite not having an official signature sneaker with the brand his name holds so much weight nowadays that Nike has let Scott put his spin on various classic silhouettes ranging from Air Force 1s to Air Jordan 4s. Not everyone can say they’ve been able to play with the branding on one of the most iconic shoes ever made, or stamp their personal logo in place of a Jumpman. He has gotten to do both multiple times at that.

The craziest part is that there doesn’t seem to be any signs of him slowing down any time soon. He now has five retail releases under his belt in a little over two years with countless other exclusive offerings that have surfaced along the way.

This Saturday November 16th at 10am EST he will be releasing his latest pair Air Force 1 “Cactus Jack” which will retail at $160 and most likely resell for $700-$800 on secondary market.
