Robert Kraft, owner of the NFL’s New England Patriots, was charged with first degree misdemeanor charges for soliciting prostitution back in February. Since then he’s been offered a plea, the plea would require 100 hours of community service, attending classes concerning the dangers of prostitution, and paying a $5,000 fine for each charge count. While accepting the plea deal would lead to cases being expunged, it would require defendants to admit “that they would have been found guilty had the case gone to trial. – WIKI

Since this story surfaced Kraft and his legal team have been doing their best to keep the alleged tape under wraps. The tape is alleged to include Kraft engaged in sexual acts at the Jupiter day spa.
