Rapper B.G. Released From Prison

- B.G. has been greeted home by Birdman, The Game, Bun B, and others after his eagerly anticipated release from jail.
- The former Cash Money rapper, who had been detained since 2012 on allegations of possessing illegal firearms and tampering with witnesses, was eventually released on Tuesday, September 5.
- B.G. received support from a number of rappers on social media when he went outside prison gates for the first time in 11 years. This helped to welcome the New Orleans native.
- Birdman said on IG, “B.G. HOME @CASHMONEYOFFICIAL.”
- Bun B said, “The call we been waiting for! @birdman hit me up to show me @new_bghollyhood is a free man! This put a smile on my face! God is great! Hot Boys reunion coming soon!”
