Scott Dudelson/Getty ImagesTwitter may have been thrilled to hear Ariana Grande‘s new single “7 Rings,” but Princess Nokia wasn’t — mainly because she alleges the singer has ripped off few of her lyrics.

Friday, the A Girl Cried Red lyricist called out Grande on the matter via Instagram. In a brief clip, Nokia is seen listening to “7 Rings” and then her own record “Mine,” a cut from her mixtape 1992

The rapper then says to the camera, “Does that sound familiar to you? ’Cause that sound really familiar to me.”

She continues, “Ain’t that the lil’ song I made about brown women and their hair? Hmmm… sounds about white.”

In the time since Nokia’s claims have gone viral, fans have also joined in on the conversation.

“[Ariana Grande]’s new album literally plagiarizes flows, words, bars from Nokia… yo what a shame, millions of dollars and a TEAM of people to make and write your music…. yet they STILL STEAL,” one Twitter user wrote

Grande’s legion of supporters, however, are countering these claims.

““7 Rigs’ sold more in 15 minutes than ‘Mine’ sold in 2 years. Nice try tho. Definitely gunna get a nice bump on Nielsen next week,” a fan wrote in the comment sections of Nokia’s Instagram post.

Ariana is also being accused of hijacking Soulja Boy‘s flow for her latest effort.
