The shoes worn by Michael Jordan in the legendary ‘Flu Game’ just sold for a whole lot of money.
The Air Jordan sneakers were auctioned off for a whopping $1.38 million on Wednesday.
In Game 5 of the 1997 NBA Finals, Jordan torched the Jazz for 38 points despite suffering from food poisoning.
$1.38 million isn’t a record – earlier this year, Jordan’s shoes from Game 2 of the 1998 NBA Finals sold for over $2.2 million.
If you could own any piece of memorabilia from sports history, what would it be?
