Megan Thee Stallion Shares Her ‘Hot Girl’ Workout Routine

Recently, Meg Thee Stallion dropped her workout routine that she says is strictly for the ‘Hot Girls.’ Meg said in her latest interview, “Getting out of bed to work out in the morning is a struggle. I have to get mentally prepared. I’m like, ‘I can stay here for another hour, or I can get up and go work out and be a bad b***h. If I want to be a stallion and not a pony, I got to get up and put in the work.'” She continued, “I’m in a space where I feel good mentally, so I want to look as good as I feel.” She added, “I am still a Southern girl, so I like to eat what I want,” she explained. “I just don’t go overboard.” Meg revealed that she loves to do the stairmaster, attend pilates classes, run on the beach, and do many different types of glute exercises to help maintain her ‘Hot Girl’ status.
