Kendrick Lamar “N95” New Music Video

Kendrick Lamar’s season has officially started with the release of his new song with an accompanying video, “The N95”

His last video “The Heart Part 5”  featured Kendrick in a white t-shirt with a black bandana around his neck. He morphs into OJ Simpson, Jussie Smollett, Will Smith, Kanye, Nipsey Hussle, and Kobe Bryant.

In this video & In the song, Lamar offers a perfect blend of introspection and aggression using the “N95” mask, popularly used during the COVID-19 pandemic, as a metaphor for fake inauthenticity amongst contemporary American society; Basically calling out clout chasers.

Lamar cousin Grammy Winner Baby Keem makes a cameo in video as well.

The video was directed by David Free and Lamar same as last video “The Heart Part 5”

Kendrick’s latest album, “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers,” released last Friday, May 13th.
