Jay Z & Roc Nation Partner With NFL

I absolutely love Jay Z and all that he and his wife, Beyonce, do for the culture. Well, this is just another great thing Jay Z is involved in. A partnership between Jay Z (Roc Nation) and the NFL. My source says HOV will be the National Football league’s “live music entertainment strategist”.

He is also said to be working with the NFL on their Inspire Change activism campaign, this all according to The New York Times.

HOV has been very vocal about his feelings toward the NFL, even used his platform to express his disdain in the lyrics to his song APESH*T. In the song he says

“I said no to the Superbowl, you need me, I don’t need you,

Every night we in the endzone, tell the NFL we in stadiums too”

Jay Z has also been a supporter of Colin Kaepernick so it’ll be interesting to see what he thinks of the partnership as well.
