JAY-Z Performs ‘God Did’ At 2023 Grammy Awards

- JAY-Z put his mark on the 2023 Grammy Awards by performing “God Did” with DJ Khaled, Lil Wayne, Rick Ross, John Legend, and Fridayy at the end of the show.
- The group’s performance was held outside L.A.’s Crypto.com area on Saturday night (February 5).
- Hov tore through his show-stopping verse in one take while sitting behind a lavish dinner table with Ross, Wayne, and Khaled, as well as devoted friends “OG Juan” Perez and Emory “Vegas” Jones, who are both mentioned in the song.
- “God Did” had three nominations going into Sunday night’s ceremony. JAY-Z is the most nominated artist in Grammy history with 88. However, his wife, Beyoncé, made history with 32 Grammy wins, the most for any artist of all time.
