J. Cole Says Taking Shots At Kendrick Feels “Lame”; Plans to Take Down ‘7 Minute Drill’ from Streaming

During his performance at the Dreamville Festival, J. Cole reflected on his diss track aimed at Kendrick Lamar, expressing regret over the decision and labeling it as one of his “lamest” moves. He introduced his latest project, “Might Delete Later,” to fans, highlighting its significance as a stepping stone to a larger work.  After releasing the diss track, Cole admitted feeling out of alignment with his true purpose and sought forgiveness from Lamar, emphasizing love and forgiveness above all. “I’m so proud of [‘Might Delete Later’], except for one part,” said Cole. “It’s one part of that sh_t that makes me feel like, man, that’s the lamest sh_t I did in my fu__in’ life, right? And I know this is not what a lot of people want to hear.”
