Beyoncé Has ‘The Best Sample Yet’ Of Her Classic Song, Artist Says

After her Cowboy Carter album release, Nancy Sinatra, Frank Sinatra’s eldest daughter, sent Beyoncé flowers. Sinatra discussed being on Queen B’s current album on X/Twitter. This rendition of her 1966 hit “These Boots Are Made For Walkin'” may be her greatest. “To have a little piece of one of my records in a @Beyonce song is very meaningful to me because I love her,” she wrote, referencing the Cowboy Carter track “Ya Ya.” “She represents what is great about today’s music and I’m delighted to be a tiny part of it.” She added: “This may be the best sample of ‘Boots’ yet! And the beat goes on… #Beyonce.”
