21 Savage and Brandy Will Join Burna Boy for Historic Grammys Performance

Executive producer Raj Kapoor tells Rolling Stone Music Now that Burna Boy will be the first Afrobeats performer to play the Grammys on Sunday night (February 4), along with Brandy and 21 Savage. “It’s going to be huge,” Kapoor says. “It’s going to get everybody on their feet.” Kapoor did not reveal what songs Burna Boy will perform, but it is likely they will perform “Sittin’ on Top of the World,” which samples Brandy’s 1988 hit with Ma$e and features 21 Savage on a remix. Fatima Robinson, who worked on Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour, worked with Burna Boy, 21 Savage, and Brandy for the performance. The Grammys will air on Sunday, February 4th, on CBS.
